Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.


When will my order be shipped?

Once your payment has been received, please allow 10-12 business days for your item(s) to be constructed.

All Malvado Leather goods are made by hand from the first cut to the last stitch. Most items are made to order unless otherwise specified. Orders will be completed in the order they are received.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is completed and shipped.*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS


Do you take returns and/or exchanges?

All sales are final.

Customer satisfaction plays a big role in producing leather goods.

Please inspect your goods and if you find an item is defective in any way including; a faulty snap, rivet, eyelet, clip or loose stitching repair and/or replacement will be made upon review of defective item.

Note: all goods are made by hand from start to finish, small variations may be present. Goods are produced with care and quality in mind. There may be slight variations in color do to the natural factors of each hide.
